The 3A jersey is entirely made in Europe from 100% recycled fabric.
The 3A-Series jerseys is specially designed for cold days and is extra thick in the chest area.
3A: Inspired by winter surf wetsuits, we have divided the body into three areas (3A). The chest area and the upper arms are made of a very warm fabric. In the lower front and in the lower sleeves a semi warm fabric is used. To transport sweat away we've kept the lower back area thin.
The slightly raised collar keeps your neck well protected from cold headwinds.
The Drop Down shoulder seam ensures that the jersey fits ideally when you sit on the bike. In addition, it provides a casual look when you chill with your guys after the ride.
The fabric for the jersey is produced in Italy. From there it is transported directly by truck to Poland where it is processed into blanks. Our sewing company works with the most modern machines to guarantee an ideal fit and quality. The jersey is then finished in Germany with environmentally friendly foil printing.

The drop-down shoulder area
Our special drop down shoulder section is one of the main features of the 3A-Series. With the dropped shoulder seam, the jersey always sits in the right place while you're on the bike. Whether you're shredding the trail or conquering the mountain.
Colors and prints
All our fabrics are dyed through! So when you're grazing a thorn bush you'll never pull a white thread out of the jersey. This is an expensive process, but we want to offer you the very best quality!
We also use an extremely stretchy and long lasting foil for our textile printing. The foil we use is one of the few that is ecologically safe. This was tested by TÜV Rheinland 11/2010.
Care Information
To enjoy your Monserat product longer, it is best to wash it only at 30°C/80°F in a gentle cycle. Velcro fasteners can pull individual threads out of the fabric. To prevent this, wash items with Velcro separately, or make sure they are well closed so that the Velcro surface does not come loose during the wash cycle.
If your Monserat product is very dirty, you can soak it before washing and remove the coarse dirt. This will ensure that your washing machine will not be damaged in the long run.
